June 2025 5.00This stay was the best we have had in years. The secluded and serene location, spotless and clean lodgings, and all the amenities offered made this stay exceptional. Located close by was Cook Forest State Park with wonderful trails. Our host Amanda was promptly responsive and welcoming. We have already decided to make this treehouse a yearly getaway for us. A truly beautiful area and treehouse.

Amanda was so responsive and left us complimentary wine and glasses as a cute keepsake from our trip. We celebrated our one year anniversary and it was exactly what we wanted for a quick one night get away. I would absolutely visit again, and feel it was well worth it! Highly highly recommend.

May 2025 5.00Beautiful unique treehouse. Exactly as pictured but more beautiful in person. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Firewood provided for campfire and complimentary bottle of wine and glasses was a plus. Amanda communicated with us from the time we booked our stay until we checked out to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and would love to return again!

Chesapeake Paradise is a hidden gem with more open space and tranquility than other crowded neighborhoods. We're conveniently located less than 45 minutes from Washington DC, Baltimore, and Alexandria.
Our western shore location allows you to avoid the Chesapeake Bay Bridge traffic, and we offer free parking on-site for all our guests.
Only a short drive to Deale, MD for groceries, dining, fishing, and water activities. Nearby sailing destinations and the historic Annapolis are also just a scenic drive away.
Whether it’s kayaking, fishing, or swimming in summer, or cozying up by the fire with indoor games and movies in winter, there’s always something to enjoy at Chesapeake Paradise.
The Chesapeake Paradise House is next door to the Cottage, offering additional space for larger groups. We also have a charming Camper and Carriage House for a unique “glamping” experience.
