All accommodations offer contactless check-in/check-out. A personalized entry code will be texted to you the day before your arrival, making the check-in process easy and secure.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. 

Guests are prohibited from bringing firewood from out of town due to laws designed to protect our trees and forests. However, firewood can be purchased locally in Marienville or Leeper. For our luxury treehouses, firewood will be provided for guests to use during their stay.

You can find Dollar General in Marienville and Leeper for general supplies. Fresh meats are available at the Leeper Red & White store. For larger grocery stores, Walmart and Aldi’s are located in Clarion, approximately 30 minutes away.

We have a strict no-pet policy in place, with no exceptions.

Guests will receive a 100% refund if they cancel at least 60 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
